guide updater going straight to game

i had to restore my computer due to a virus and so i had to reinstall everything. when i installed the zygor updator it immediatly opened up the game instead of reinstallin all the guides. i went and manually installed all the guides but it still goes straight to game when i do the updater

1. Run the Updater (click on Abort if needed to prevent the auto-launching of WoW… if there is no Abort window hold the Shift key while launching the Updater)
2. Click Settings
3. Enter your Zygor website username and password into the proper boxes
4. Click OK
5. Click Repair

I held shift and it went straight to the WoW launcher again
deleted and reinstalled zygor updater and tried again and got the same thing

reinstalled .net framework and was still doing the same thing. clicked abort during the 3 second wait and it didnt automatically jump to the launcher. clicked repair and it seems to have worked.
