In the guide viewer options at the bottom of the window settings is a button to reset the positions.My Flight Path Follies guide

To completely reset the guide (the reset buttons only brings the guide into the center of the screen) search for the ZygorGuidesViewer.lua file in the WTF folder and rename or delete it. Remember this also leads to the viewer forgetting the selected guide and position.Comment
