Rep guide was working fine until yesterday. Now when I try to access a rep guide eg Kal'ak which was working fine yesterday, It flips to another guide and I get the message "Guide not parsed"
I've tried updating and repair no luck

There are two flight paths that had their names changed some by Blizzard and this has caused some problems with guides parsing. When you try to load the rep guide there should be a message in the chat window that tells you why it isn't parsed. What does it say in there?

it just says "Guide not parsed" when I did it just now, however I think there was something else there this afternoon, but I can't remember

Check out the following two threads. They have the two flight paths that got the name changed and how to fix them. Just replace the file name with the reputation one for alliance and search for any mention of the flight paths for getting them changed. I think it will be the Moa'ki Harbor name change that's in the 2nd link.

ok I looked at the files and there is only AchievementsAllianceTrial.No mention of Moa'ki in that file
I tried deleting everything and reinstalling, but still no luck.

If you were having problems with a rep guide then the file you'd want would be ZygorReputationsAlliance.
