Suggestion: Dragonblight (71-74) Step 119

I clicked on this NPC's quest back at step 110 while looking for mage hunters and I found that by the time you listed it in step 119 to get the quest I only needed one more to complete. Perhaps moving this to the front would save an unneeded trip back and forth?

I think I also noticed this in the Alliance guide that it is easier to get "Avenge this Atrocity!" (12006) when getting the Mage Hunter bags.
