        Does people use Carbonite still?
I remember using it some years ago, but it was an big memory hug.
What can it do that gathermate and Zygor can't?
Have it been better on memory use?

I mainly use it for the map. And It still uses a pretty good bit of memory but not as much as it used to I don't think.

I love Carbonite, simply for the map and the guide to help me find flightpoints etc... Plus I like the overlays for where to find the mobs I need to kill. Zygor gets me there, but it is nice to see the entire area I need to be in to kill stuff.

Yeah, the quest area overlays of Carbonite work very well with the guides. It's pretty hard for me to imagine using the guides without those overlays as they work so well with the guides.

I actually dont like carbonite, I preferred Quest helper nbut they quit working with that one, I think I will try carbonite, maybe it will work nicely enough for me too

Just tested, Carbonite uses 7,7MB RAM here.
That not bad, its about 1MB more than Zygors.
I remember this addon used like 20MB hehe.

Actually, the Carbonite addon (itself) hasn't been fixed. Those of us who use it, rely upon it, and love it, are still waiting for the Carbonite team to fix a number of issues with it. Some of those needed changes haven't been addressed for many months. The Carbonite team is a very talented one, but 'real-life issues' are causing delays. They will update the addon as soon as they are able to. I can hardly wait.

It may be more clear to say that the Zygor Guide has been updated to work better with the current version of the Carbonite addon.

When I am not questing, I am gathering. If you are a miner say, load up the ORE nodes, right click on the carbonite map > Routes > Current Gather nodes... and you are cooking with carbonite gas. Other then that I do enjoy the Punk feature. I was using it in the Worgren areas until the fix
