That was the viewer for version 2.0 of the guides.When 3.0 came out I believe Zygor and staff cleaned up how the viewer looked cause alot of people was confused on how to select a guide and whatnot.Right now there is no options to change the color of the skin.I believe he did say that sometime down the road that they will add more skins or have it look like 2.0 if people so choose.

Currently there are no other skins for the guide available.
What you see in the dailies video is the old version 2 guide.
The only things you can currently play around are the settings Cabby described.
