Find Guide from Quest / Follow Quest

IS it possible to find a guide from a given quest, say I pick up a quest an I wanna run that line? And can I use the built in nav system to direct me to finish a quest?

No, you can not search for a guide by quest name. You would need to know which guide the quest would be covered in and load that guide at step 1 and fast forward thru the steps to find the steps for the quest you have. Not an easy thing to do if you're searching for one quest in a guide that covers 60 or 70 quests.
