How much percentage should I undercut on items with zygor gold and auction guide for it to sell well

You should be fine with the default 1% undercut. Having things sell is more than just the price, it's also the timing and demand. If you place something on the AH 30min before someone else wants to place the same item then chances are they will undercut you and you'll only have had the best price then for 30min. This is just an example of course but this kind of thing can happen. When it's an item that there is a lot of demand for it then being the lowest price really doesn't matter as much because you still have a good chance for your items to sell because of people purchasing the items in mass quantities. Bottom line, don't worry too much if it doesn't sell the first time you post it because a lot of the time you might need to post something a few times before it's all sold off.
