For some reason I am only getting the option to buy the materials off the AH, the guide is not giving me the option to go out and farm them. Is there a problem with the guides at the moment?The guide was working fine up until this week.

I do not want to hijack this but. JC guide, step 15 does not give me the farm option, only buy from AH.

It's good to know there is another person with the problem. So far we have been unable to reproduce this. What are your skill levels in JC and Mining?

As of today the profession guide will not even load the next step , just get a message saying step collapsed.

I was just in a remote session with mesmers and doing a guide reinstall fixed both problems. Wonkeysmoker, please try exiting the game and then use the wrench icon on the desktop client to reinstall the guides. If you have the Gold guide go into the client settings and click the Sync button again to make sure your realm data has been loaded as well. Then go back in game and check on the AH step to see if you have the farming option again.
