Take flights automatically not working

For some reason the function under Travel Tab "Take flights automatically" is not working I thought maby it was because i didn't have the flight path but I do.

When you are in game and open the guide selection window (small drop down arrow on guide viewer) what does it display in the lower left for the version number?

I'm running the latest, just did a fresh install, running 5.0.10995 and had the same problem until the re-install (no auto flight) but now my way point arrow just points down. But hey auto flight works again....too bad I can't use it now because of the arrow problem.
