Any idea why this quest isnt showing up?

I just checked Wowhead for comments, and nothing useful exists. What I suggest is the following:

1. If on Windows, go to www.java.com and install the latest version (Java8 Update 25). I think Macs update automatically. Maybe.
2. Make sure you are using the latest version of the Zygor Client. You can download it in the members area, and looks different than before. The old version will not automatically update; you will need to install it yourself, although it will remove the old version during install.
3. Install the latest versions of the Zygor Guides. No need to reinstall them if you have them.
4. In Warcraft, use the Ctrl-click to go back to Step 1, then right click to skip back to where you are.

This might have been patched in ZGV but an in-game reload of the guides may be required. If these steps don't work, please post back.

Tried all of that and problem still persists. I wonder if its tired to an earier quest? I cant find any answers anywhere.

OK, weird, I hearthstoned back to my garrison and did some daily stuff, then went back and it was there lol. Good grief.

Sounds like maybe something with Blizzard's phasing wasn't working right and leaving the area and then returning fixed it. There was another person having a similar problem with an NPC not showing up in Spires and when he logged in the next day the NPC was standing there.

I'm having problems with this particular thing, quests in guide not showing up, all over. I've just started skipping them.

If you get to a location and the quest giver is not there try leaving that area (maybe go back to garrison) then come back and see if he's standing there. If it is a phasing problem then leaving the area/zone should fix it and get the person to show.
