After completing the Challenge of the Masters quest, the guide will prompt you to turn in the quest to the NPC Rangari D'Kaan, inside the cave. This NPC is actually in the Talaari Station town. This bug effects the 2 steps as it's directing you to the wrong spots to complete 2 quests and pick up a few more.

Also, Lantresor (step 103) is outside Telaari Station. After these 3 steps guide working properly again as far as i can tell.
