Gorgrond Guide Problem

When you reach the stage of Gorgrond where you can pick either buildings, the guide doesn't tell you which to pick. It then goes on to give you quests that are ONLY available with the Arena and not the Lumber Yard. So if you pick the Lumber Yard then the quests the guide tells you to complete do not exist.

Looks like their might be a routing issue of some kind. I believe you should be able to quest a little further and it will get back in sync with the guide. Only a handful of quests should be different. We're looking into this.

Yes, I experienced this and it really threw me off.

I am in the exact same boat....the quest line doesn't seem to be picking back up either. skipped a lot of quests to see if i could get back on track.

I was just wondering if there is any update to this. I am currently there and the Rage and Wisdom qust is not showing up, I think this is because of missing some more quests a little bit earlier because I choose lumber mill. Please give us some sort of update <3

@cd6d7e2b, I am experiencing the exact same thing. Step 88 of Gorgrond [Talk to Vindicator Maradd] Accept 'Rage and Wisdom' sadly he offers no quest.

@gorogoth Exactly. And this was after I skipped the whole "arena orineted" quests.


*edit, Im trying to fully finish the lumbermill quest chain by doing all the quests in the south, will update if it will unlock rage and wisdom.

*edit 3: Turns out Rage and Wisdom is a Arena quest, if you skip far enough ahead it goes to the Lumber Hill market.

*edit 4: After more testing, it does seem that skipping ahead works for all zones. Hopefully there is a way to lockout the quests from the building you didn't take. Would make life much easier.

We are working on getting the guides to skip quests for buildings you don't have. Unfortunately the game servers are down right now and that limits the work we can do. We will get this fixed as soon as we can. Until then please just skip any quests you can't accept.

Just skipping quests won't do imo. Me as alliance found also horde quests. Now at the end of guide in gorgond (92-94) i just reached 93.

It's not just in Gorgrond either, was happening to me in Talador as well and I expect it to happen in Spires of Arak too.

Skipping works, you just have to find the right quest to skip to. It is a huge pain to find that quest though

what if instead of skipping the quests for the building you don't have... instead, when you get to the point of picking your building the guide has two options click here if you picked this building and click here if you picked this building then the guide would go through the questing in that zone with the building you picked.

never mind i just updated my guides and noticed this was implemented. thank you!

this is still an issue, I didn't use the guide for this zone and now I'm coming back to fully complete the zone using your guide this is an absolute nightmare, are you planning on fixing it?
