You guys must have needed some quick cash. Once you got our money, you stopped doing anything meaningful to fix the guide. You took our money and released a half finished product. You have expected us, the customer, to debug the guide for you since day 1. You are too lazy to look for the current API number, it happens to be 100009 by the way(had mine updated within minutes of the patch , but you can't seem to find it). To top it all off, you still haven't implemented Vet support, you are making money, and then having everyone use an unpaid person's fix to keep using the guide through Vet levels. You guys have turned into a complete joke. This is the last guide I am ever buying from you.

Indeed, the API number needs to be updated, and as result the guide shows an "out of date" message, but this has no effect on the guide being used. Never the less, we'll get that updated in our next release.

Veteran support is finished and is in the final stages of testing, along with the addition of Skyshards and Lorebooks. The reason for the delay is we'd prefer to release all of this content as one large update rather than trickle things out slowly.

All of that said, The Elder Scrolls Online is admittedly a challenging game to develop guides for. There are no npc or quest ids to speak of which complicates things every time the game is changed. This is a unique limitation with ESO and not an issue with our products for other games.

We're doing what we can to address these issues but it will take some time. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase go ahead and write into us via the Support portal and we will promptly issue you a full refund.

Fine you say you have released the new Vet guide but where does it show , guide still defaults to starting faction , COME ON ZYGOR you can do much better than this

When you have completed your faction storyline quests and can start working on the veteran levels the guide viewer will detect that and then display the next faction guide that you need to use. While you are working on the veteran levels there will always be one of two quests in your log that are linked to which faction you are working on for veteran levels and the guide viewer will see this to know which faction quests to show you.
