Step 3 you should mention to get swim tonic from Trade Baron Silversnap... step 7 is underwater and no idea I didn't need to hold breath till I asked a guy running on bottom of lake....

You're actually given the swim tonic when you accept the quest. If you had a full inventory it's possible you couldn't get that from him when you accepted it.My Flight Path Follies guide

I suggest putting a use line into the guide step (for both Alliance and Horde).

According to wowhead comments you can get more after turning in the quest.
As you need to dive for artifacts around the Sunken Temple a step to get at least one more potion and the a use line at the other quest would be helpful.Comment
