Just curious if this has been looked into much, for some reason i seem to get alot more xp by going to outlands at 58, and northrend at 68 as leveling, but guide doesn't want me to, is this something that has been looked at for optimizing?

The guides were created for all player skill levels. Not everyone is able to deal with going to those zones early, while most of us veterans have no problems with moving on early. There are also some level restrictions on some of the quests that can prevent you from obtaining them if you move on early.
With these 2 factors in mind, since the guides are created for everyone to be able to use, the guides will not direct you to head there early. We recommend that an individual that is comfortable with moving on early should feel free to do so and just load up the appropriate guide.My Flight Path Follies guide
