i have spent the last hour or so reading thru all of this debate over subs. and all i have to say is i have never seen such a failed launch of a product.

you can't send me an email telling me "Zygor has to change in order to remain relevant" and "we're now offering access to our entire suite of products with all updates included for a much smaller fee". then take it all back the next day.

this is how you lose customers. i for one can't handle this kind of bait and switch.

I'm sorry you feel that way, master. I jumped the gun as I was probably the first person to view the new video. I'm looking forward to trying out the Dungeon Achievements part of the guide. I've always been a little leery of dungeons, so maybe this might help.

Hey Zygor,

Just to say I think your guides are the best. I'm one of the supporters who are happy to stick by you no matter which payment options you offer as I don't have lots of time to play anymore due to family commitments, but like to keep up with my friends and couldn't do that without the use of your great add-on and guides. Being a mid-aged player I also understand the costs involved in running a small business and the pressures of trying to keep as many customers happy as possible, so best of luck in whichever path you choose going forwards, all I know is you certainly have 1 customer for the rest of Zygor life

I would like to see the video if possible but only have access via my iPhone over the weekends so would be cool if you could stick it up on YouTube?

I want to ask that this not be the thread to continue the non-stop anger-fest over the sub topic. This thread is designed to talk about one of the upcoming guides released.
Just take a day or two, drink a cool glass of water, say a mantra, rub Buda's tummy, offer the goddess a new seedling to repay for the blessings received, whatever you have to do to shake off the jitters over the rollercoaster ride we went through.

Can i make a suggestion/request? Next time, release price information first and set up a preorder system, then tease us about it. That way I can just download it when its out :P

Is there anything in particular you would like us to show screenshots of? We wanted to make the video a little more interesting than showing just a list of professions in our guide menu or something. The new website will include the full list of achievements covered in the achievements portion of the guide.

I was trying to decide how to answer your question to my post....

I'm not going to purchase something without knowing what it looks like.
I've done that before and spent money on guides that were not worth it.
While your video was cute, it did not provide me with the information I want to decide whether to purchase it or not.
I've wasted too much money on WOW related guides in the past.
