Just simply log into the Members Area (http://www.zygorguides.com/amember/member.php) and download and install your guide from the Product Download links. All you have to do is replace your current guide with the new one to update it.

1. You will need to update your guide. To do this, go to your AddOns directory:

For Windows XP:
C: \ Program Files \ World of Warcraft \ Interface \ AddOns

For Windows Vista:
C: \ Users \ Public \ Games \ World of Warcraft \ Interface \ AddOns

For Mac:
Macintosh HD \ Applications \ World of Warcraft \ Interface \ AddOns

2. Inside your AddOns folder, delete all folders with Cartographer, TomTom, or Zygor in the name.

3. Go to http://www.zygorguides.com and login to the Members Area.

4. Under Product Downloads, click the link to the product you want to download. On the download page, make sure it says version 2.0.834. If it doesn't, try hitting refresh. Then click the Download Now button and install the guide using the auto-installer. If you are using a Mac copy the folders ZygorGuidesViewer and ZygorTalentAdvisor to Macintosh HD \ Applications \ World of Warcraft \ Interface \ AddOns.

5. IMPORTANT: On the character selection sreen, click addons, and make sure the "Load Out of Date AddOns" box is checked at the top of your addon list before you enter the game with one of your characters.

Just last weekend I got an email about uninstalling and update my Zygor Guides. I followed the delete instructions for my Vista PC but now I have a rolling chat saying"Zygor Guides Viewer: 0 guides are loaded.

What's with that?

Before, faults and all at least I had something.

Inside your Interface/AddOns/ZygorGuidesViewer/Guides folder should be either ZygorGuidesAlliance.lua or ZygorGuidesHorde.lua (or both depending on what you purchased). If there are no such files then you don't have it installed properly and it won't be able to load the guide.
