Need a new Macro! :)

Hello. I'm not really good at mocro's, so i need a few macro's. first, When i interrust a spell with Counterspell, i want it to say a text that i interrupt the spell from that target, and i want it to say it in raid or party, but only if the raid exsist. and i wanna do that with polymorph too thanks!
